Monte May is a 17 year veteran of the Kansas City, Missouri Police Department whose areas of experience include community policing and bicycle patrol operations. He is also an aspiring  illustrator/cartoonist.  He has self-published two comic books and his current project: P.I.G. Tales is a  weekly webcomic about law enforcement.
